John J. McCloy II is a private investor concentrating on venture capital and early stage investment projects in a variety of industries. He currently brings substantial business development, strategic, operational, and financing expertise to Gravitas Technology, Inc. (an information technology firm focused on the financial sector) as Honorary Chairman of the Board. He is also the Managing Partner of First New York LLC, a multifaceted investment firm. In addition, he is Chairman of Secured Retirement International, LLC, a patented technology that secures an ever-increasing income stream for its investors.
Mr. McCloy was previously a senior executive at Brown Brothers, Harriman & Co., Partner in an asset management firm, Partner in a venture capital firm, and Chairman/CEO of Noise Cancellation Technologies, Inc. In addition to his extensive business experience, he has strong transatlantic links and vital connections with Asia and Europe. He was on the Advisory Board of Princeton University. He sits on the Boards of several companies. He is a graduate of Princeton University.
