Frances Devlin is a Regional Director in the Global Policy & International Public Affairs group at Pfizer Inc. In this capacity, she leads development and implementation of public policy and government relations strategies in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. Ms. Devlin’s previous position was the Chief of Staff and Director of Strategic Initiatives & External Engagement, and she has served in various Corporate Affairs roles since joining the company in 2008. Prior to working at Pfizer, she was a fundraising and public affairs consultant for major national political and charitable campaigns.
Ms. Devlin holds a B.A. in Economics and German from the University of Notre Dame, and an M.P.A. from New York University. She serves on several Corporate Advisory Boards for Business Councils and fundraising committees for nonprofits.
