Cassidy Morgan is the Global Director of Brand Strategy and Insights at Google, leading a team of marketing specialists to drive cross-product alignment across the company. He joined Google after a successful career at Interbrand, where he was the Executive Director of Strategy and Valuation in North America and most recently the CEO of Interbrand Central and Eastern Europe, located in Berlin, and responsible for multiple offices in Germany and Switzerland. Prior to that, he led the turnaround of Keeper Springs, a bottled water company that is now part of the Nestlé Earth Brands portfolio, working closely with founder Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., to drive the revitalization of the company. After starting his career at Interbrand, where he was located in the New York and Cologne offices, he joined iXL/Scient to build their strategic brand practice consulting with global Fortune 500 companies and spending most of his time in New York, London, and Nuremburg. Mr. Morgan holds an MBA from IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland, and graduated cum laude with a BSc in International Business Studies and Marketing from Babson College, spending a semester at Université d’Aix-en-Provence/Marseille in France. He has lectured at Babson College, Columbia University, and Stanford Law School, and has spoken at various conferences in the U.S. and Germany. Mr. Morgan grew up in Germany as an American citizen and is a native English and German speaker with basic French skills. He is an avid football fan – both kinds – cheering for Borussia Dortmund and most NFL games when not running around with his and Courtney Diesel O’Donnell’s two sons, Felix and Oliver.
