On November 1, the ACG hosted a virtual discussion about the broader implications of the conflict with Middle East expert Prof. Dr. Eckart Woertz, Director of the GIGA Institute for Middle East Studies and Professor for Contemporary History and Politics of the Middle East at the University of Hamburg.
On October 27, the ACG, in collaboration with 1014, held a virtual discussion with Steven Erlanger, Chief Diplomatic Correspondent in Europe for The New York Times, and Dr. Anna Sauerbrey, Foreign Editor at the weekly DIE ZEIT, about the evolving geopolitical landscape, emerging alliances, and the growing polarization between Western democracies and authoritarian regimes.
