Stanford S. Warshawsky is Chairman of Bismarck Capital, LLC. Previously, he was a Director for 26 years and Co‐President for almost 10 years of Arnhold and S. Bleichroeder Holdings. Before that, he was with the law firm of Shearman & Sterling.
Mr. Warshawsky was a member of the New York Stock Exchange’s Nominating Committee, of which he also was a former Chairman and a member of the Big Board’s New York Area Firms Advisory Committee. He is a Director of the German‐American Chamber of Commerce, Vice Chairman of the Arthur F. Burns Fellowship, and a fellow in the Foreign Policy Association. Mr. Warshawsky is a Director of Banyan Biomarkers, Inc., and HYDAC Corporation and HYDAC Technology Corporation. He is also a member of the Bar Associations of both New York State and Virginia State.
Mr. Warshawsky holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Michigan and a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law.
