Eschi Rahimi-Laridjani is a partner in the New York office of Milbank and a member of the firm’s Tax Group. Her practice focuses on the taxation of complex financing transactions, financial products and derivatives, US and foreign securities offerings, structured finance, and asset securitization transactions. She has significant experience structuring tax-efficient solutions that facilitate inbound investment by funds and foreign and sovereign investors in a variety of asset classes as well as cross-border mergers and acquisitions. Recognition & Accomplishments Ms. Rahimi-Laridjani has published several tax-related articles in The Journal of Taxation of Financial Products and The Journal of Taxation of Investments. Ms. Rahimi-Laridjani has been recognized for her work by The Legal 500 and The Tax Directors Handbook.
