Transfer and Sharing of Personal Information to ACG Warburg Chapters and Partner Organizations
Your personal data may be shared for the above stated purposes with one or more of the ACG’s 21 Eric M. Warburg Chapters across the United States and partner organizations, whether located in the United States, within the European Union, or elsewhere if you have specifically provided your consent.
For network and alumni communities, such as the ACG American-German Young Leaders Conference alumni, the ACG will share your information with other members of these communities only if a member of a community provides consent for a specific individual request from another member of that community.
This information will not be shared outside of these communities. To avoid people receiving multiple invitations to the same co-sponsored event, the ACG reserves the right to share your first name, last name, and employer with partner organizations for the purpose of de-duplicating the final invitation list. Except as described in this Privacy Statement, we will not share your phone number, email address, or any other contact information.
The ACG will not sell, rent, loan, trade, or lease any personal information collected online or offline to any third party.
