Giving Opportunities: How You Can Make an Impact

The American Council on Germany is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization that is supported by contributions from individuals, corporations, and foundations. The ACG is a nonpartisan membership organization governed by an independent Board of Directors and is not affiliated with any government. You can make a difference when you:

Make a contribution;
Apply for membership; and/or
Participate in the McCloy Awards Dinner.

Why Give?
Your support helps the American Council on Germany build on its successful programming to promote transatlantic relations and strengthen mutual understanding while undertaking impactful new initiatives. The Council convenes, informs, and empowers current and future leaders to build understanding, encourages the sharing of best practices and lessons learned, expands horizons and widens worldviews, and ultimately reinforces transatlantic cooperation. Contributions are an investment not only in the ACG but also in the future of transatlantic ties.

Our Scope and Impact

The American Council on Germany has:

  • More than 700 members in the United States, Europe, around the world;
  • More than 1,000 Young Leader alumni;
  • More than 1,000 fellowship alumni; and
  • Hundreds of participants at Warburg Chapter discussions across the United States each year.
